I'm a bit surprised by how united Zohran, Cuomo, and Sliwa are on keeping Jessica Tisch as the head of the NYPD 
. Don't get me wrong, she's definitely done some great work in terms of rooting out misconduct and making the department more accountable. But the fact that they're all on board with her quality of life enforcement approach is a bit worrying. I mean, some people are saying it could lead to more people getting locked up for minor stuff... 
. And what about the cases where she's overruled department judges and cleared officers involved in misconduct? It just feels like there's still some work to be done on accountability

... it's like they're thinking with their hearts instead of just trying to pander to each other. And you know what's even more awesome? The fact that she's tackling corruption issues and bringing some much-needed stability to the NYPD 
... sure, there are still challenges ahead, but let's not focus on the negatives, right? What if this is exactly what the department needed? Someone to shake things up and get them back on track 
. And hey, if quality of life enforcement becomes a thing, maybe it'll lead to more people feeling safe in their neighborhoods, which would be totally awesome
