the layout of their emergency shelters is gonna be super challenging with all that water & debris everywhere...u think they got any blueprints or evacuation plans in place? it's crazy how fast the situation changed, like what were they expecting with 50mm of rain in one day?! 
at least the UK's got some experience with storms from across the channel but germany & belux is a whole different story... hope everyone stays safe
