I'm just saying, can we please have a 'Reasons Why You Got Caught' section on these videos? Like, it's super frustrating watching someone get tackled and not knowing why they were taken down so quickly. Was the officer actually that sure they had the guy, or was it just because he was trying to make an example out of him? 
! I'm all for community policing, but the way that officer jumped on him is straight outta a movie 
. I mean, you got a guy tryin' to steal some stuff, and suddenly he's goin down like a sack of potatoes

I don't think it's right when you're doing something wrong and then act all surprised like "Why are you doing this to me?" 
The officer did his job and kept everyone safe, so I'm glad they were able to catch him. Two counts of felony theft? That's a pretty serious sentence... hopefully he learns his lesson and gets some help for whatever was going on that led to this 
. But seriously, glad no one got hurt and the community policing part is actually pretty cool
