I'm so over this national security strategy from the US - it's like they're trying to rewrite history or something! All these "extreme rightwing tropes" and racist ideology are super concerning, especially when they're criticizing Europe's policies on mass migration. It's not exactly a subtle attempt to undermine our values and principles. And what's up with the UK government being so cautious? Can't they see how this is affecting our relationships with other countries? The Liberal Democrat's call for it to be denounced as "racist and white supremacist" is definitely on point
omg y'all, i think its wild that ppl r so upset over this us national security strategy like, isnt it normal 4 democracies 2 have diff opinions on how 2 protect their citizens? doesnt it seem a bit extreme 2 criticize european policies on mass migration & free speech? some ppl say its rooted in racist ideology, but isnt that just a matter of interpretation? the liberal democrat party be hella vocal about condemning the strategy as racist tho, but shouldnt we b having more nuanced conversations about this stuff? anyway, i feel like the uk govts response is kinda too cautious 4 my taste
