like trump just agreed with xi on so much stuff already i mean they talked about fentanyl and china's buying russian oil and they even said they wanna work together on ukraine that's wild 
the optimism right now feels super real after all the trash talk between them in the past but at the same time there are still gonna be some major players watching this and seeing if it's all just a bluff

... a 10% reduction on fentanyl tariffs is def a nice gesture, but what's in it for china? r they really gonna stop buying russian oil? or is this just another move to get the us 2 do their bidding? 
also, trump claims they talked about ukraine, but china never acknowledges that. wut's up w/ that? 
i need some credible sources on this before i even consider it a legit deal 
It's like the ultimate power couple, minus the love and stuff. But seriously, Trump seems pretty stoked about this rare earths deal and getting those fentanyl tariffs reduced. That's gotta be music to his ears, right? 
I mean, it's not like he's going to start being all buddy-buddy with Xi or anything (although, a guy can dream, right?). Still, it's cool that they're talking about Ukraine too – maybe we'll see some progress on that front. But Taiwan? Ugh, that's just gonna be a headache down the line... 
The fact that Taiwan wasn't even discussed is just another red flag
