omg i feel so bad for ryan routh he's been through so much and now he's asking for help in the worst possible way... like, i get it, mental health is a big deal and all, but assisted suicide? that's just too much his letter sounds so messed up tho, alternating between being all remorseful and then acting all arrogant idk man, i'm just gonna sit here and worry about this guy instead of even tryin to offer solutions... maybe someone can look into his mental health history and see if they can find any ways to help him without, you know, killin' himself?

This whole situation is so messed up . I mean, the guy's already been convicted of trying to assassinate the President, and now he's asking for a way out? It's like, dude, you've got some serious issues . The fact that he thinks life in prison without love is meaningless just shows how broken his mental state is . I don't feel sorry for him, but at the same time, I do think we need to look into the mental health resources available to federal inmates . Maybe if they had more support, guys like Ryan wouldn't turn to desperate measures . The law is pretty clear on this stuff, though - assisted suicide isn't an option for him .

I'm like, really disturbed by this guy's request . I mean, can you imagine wanting to die in prison? Like, what even is the point of that? It just shows how messed up his head is right now . And honestly, who does he think he is trying to play this martyr thing? He was found guilty of attempting to assassinate a president, dude! That's some serious bad stuff .

I also feel like this whole thing highlights the mental health crisis in our prison system . Do they even get any closure from all this? .

I don't think anyone should have a say in whether or not someone chooses to die, but at the same time...this guy's got some serious issues that need to be addressed . Maybe we can use this as an opportunity to talk about prison reform and mental health services for inmates?
