Supreme court to review Trump policy of limiting asylum claims at border

I'm worried about this policy 🤔. It seems like the government is trying to find ways to limit who can get asylum, which is a human right 😕. I mean, what's the point of having a system if we just turn people away? It's not like it's going to solve anything in the long run.

I think it's crazy that they're trying to redefine "arrive" to fit their agenda 🙄. Who gets to decide what that means, anyway? The government shouldn't be able to make up its own rules like that. And what about people who are fleeing war or persecution? Do they not deserve protection?

I'm hoping the Supreme Court will see things clearly and strike down this policy 👮‍♀️. We need a fair and just system in place, not one that's designed to keep people out.

🤔 This is a really interesting development... I think it's crazy that the Trump admin is trying to revive this policy, it feels like they're just trying to get around the courts and bypass some accountability. The idea that someone has to 'arrive' in the US before being eligible for asylum sounds super arbitrary - doesn't it feel like an attempt to make life harder for people fleeing persecution or violence? 🌎 It's also a huge power play, with the Supreme Court essentially deciding whether the Biden admin's immigration policies are constitutional... fingers crossed they side with the advocacy group and set a more reasonable precedent.

idk why its takin so long 4 the court 2 make up its mind 🤔. the whole thing feels like a giant game of cat & mouse between trump's admin & advocates 4 immigrants. it's all about defnition, right? whether u r considered "arrived" in the us or not 📍. i think its gonna b interesing 2 c how the court decides this one 👀. cant wait 2 see what they come up with 🤞
