... like seriously, who needs that much power in one person's hands? I mean, Trump's already done some crazy stuff, and now he's trying to impose these massive tariffs on countries just because they're 'threats'? It's just an excuse for him to flex his muscles and show Congress who's boss. And let's not forget, if the Court sides with him, it'll basically give him carte blanche to do whatever he wants without Congress having a say in it. That's just not right

. But wait, what if they do say yes? Then it's like, totally a win for Trump's admin 
... unless Congress just freaks out and does something crazy about it

but also, isn't that just politics? Can we even trust the courts to get this right? 
I mean, come on, 125% duties? That's like, super steep
