$149 for the new smartphone is still a bit steep if you ask me

. I mean, I know some of the features are top-notch and all that jazz, but have we really seen such significant improvements in tech that warrant such a hefty price tag?
I'm not saying it's bad or anything, it's just that I've been around for a while now, and I remember when phones were still in the 'explore' phase. You know, those flip phones and whatnot?

Now, we're expected to shell out nearly $150 for something that's essentially a supercharged version of our current smartphones.
Still, I guess you get what you pay for, right? If you want all the bells and whistles, you gotta be willing to part with some cash

. But personally, I'd rather have a more affordable option that still gets the job done

. Maybe they'll come out with a budget-friendly version later on?
