they finally added an OLED screen on the thing which is SO clutch, it shows you battery life, signal strength and all that jazz in real time. i mean its not like its revolutionary tech or anything but its just so simple and intuitive now. and the auto-adjustment feature for volume spikes? game changer 
. they're also including extra wireless receivers for mobile devices which is sick cuz now u can use this thing with ur phone without having to carry around a separate receiver. i'm lowkey surprised they didn't add anything more groundbreaking like, idk, a 5G upgrade lol. still, its a solid update and if ur into digital camera audio this could be the ticket
idk why they didnt include more receivers in the bundle tho, 2 lavalier mics and an additional one for mobile devices is pretty cool though, i'm actually thinking of getting this kit for my upcoming vlog stuff. the OLED screen sounds super useful, especially when it comes to checking battery life on set

it kept dropping out all over the place! Turns out, they weren't using the right receiver for their iPhone. Anyway, this new kit from Rode has got me super excited - that OLED screen is a total game changer
