President Trump's extended 60 Minutes interview

I don’t usually comment but I have to say that 2 hours is a pretty long time for a TV interview 🤯. Like, what even happens in those extra 40 minutes? You think President Trump was just chillin' with Gayle King sipping tea and discussing the meaning of life or something 😂? But seriously, it makes sense that his team wanted to get all this info out there, especially since he's got a history of...let's say, "interesting" views on things. I don’t know if it was worth the extra airtime though 🤔.
 
I'm kinda surprised that Trumps team decided to go all out with that 2-hour interview 🤔. On one hand, I get it - Gayle King is no joke, she's been doing this for ages and can really cut through to the meat of things. Plus, it's not every day you get a president willing to open up like that 💬. But at the same time, it does feel like they're trying to control the narrative around his presidency - I mean, 2 hours is a looong time for an interview, especially when there are so many other pressing issues out there 🕰️.

But hey, what do we really know about what went down? The fact-checking and editing process is in place, so maybe that's all good 📝. Still, I'm gonna be keeping a close eye on the full transcript when it drops later this week - I wanna see if Trumps candid views hold up to scrutiny 💥
