I don't get why they keep going back & forth on this hotel project 
The planning board just rejected it and now everyone's all like "oh no what do we do"? Can't they just make a decision already? 
The thing is, I think the city council should have just said yes or no from the start. All these back-and-forth debates are just causing more headache for Mita & his team 
And honestly, I'm not sure what's better, having that hotel or preserving the boardwalk vibe. Can we just get some clarity on this?

. i mean, devs gotta make money too, & if this project dont go thru, ill be the 1st 2 complain bout higher rent prices
