they're finally taking action against those greedy data center corporations that are killing our planet 
like seriously have u seen the electricity bills lately?? 13% is insane! i'm all for it tho, we need to start prioritizing our environment and consumers over profits. i hope these regulators do their job and update those regulations ASAP
