NBA: San Antonio Spurs 120-125 Golden State Warriors: Stephen Curry outshines Victor Wembanyama

Curry's Clutch: Warriors Edge Spurs in Thrilling Upset - ESPN

Stephen Curry scored 46 points as the Golden State Warriors handed the San Antonio Spurs their first home defeat of the season, 125-120. The two-time NBA MVP played a crucial role in ending a six-game losing streak for the Warriors on the road.

In the second half, Curry's scoring spree helped the Warriors outscore the Spurs by 76-64. He also contributed eight rebounds and seven assists to his team's cause.

"We did what we do - got stops, pushed, created easy offense," said Curry after the game. "I was able to knock a couple down."

Warriors teammates Jimmy Butler and Moses Moody chipped in with 28 points and 19 points, respectively, as the Warriors secured their first win on home turf this season.

However, the Spurs were not without their heroes. Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle became the first players for the Spurs to record triple-doubles in the same game. Despite this, Curry's outstanding performance ultimately sealed the deal for the Warriors.

The Thunder thrashed the Lakers 121-92, with reigning MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander recording 30 points, five rebounds and nine assists. Meanwhile, Nikola Jokic continued his dominance by scoring 55 points in a 130-116 victory over the Clippers.

I'm loving how Curry's confidence is shining through in games like this πŸ™Œ! His clutch performances are exactly what the Warriors need to turn their season around πŸ’ͺ. And can we talk about how epic it was for Wembanyama and Castle to record those triple-doubles? Young talent alert! 🚨 Still, gotta say, I'm a bit worried about our little ones watching these high-scoring games... all that energy and excitement might not be good for their sleep schedules 😴.

omg did u see that game? Curry is literally unstoppable 🀯 i was so hyped when he scored those last few shots to win for the warriors πŸ˜† but what really caught my eye was Victor Wembanyama's triple-double, nice to see him and Stephon Castle shine for the spurs πŸ‘ however, it's crazy how Curry can carry his team to a win like that, especially on the road πŸ—ΊοΈ anyway, enough about that game, have u seen the latest basketball highlight reel from espn? πŸ”₯

I mean, can you believe Curry's stats? 🀯 Like, he just poured in 46 points and still managed to look like he was sipping tea on the bench πŸ˜‚. The guy's got ice in his veins! But seriously, that Spurs team is like a puzzle with missing pieces - they're just trying to figure out how to stop Curry, but it's like throwing darts blindfolded 🎯. On the other hand, Wembanyama and Castle are like the dynamic duo of Spursville πŸ’₯. I wonder if they got a bonus for being triple-double masters πŸ€‘. And by the way, have you seen the Warriors' bench lately? It looks like a bad 90s boy band - all hair, no skill πŸ˜‚.

Man... Curry's 46 points is crazy 😲 but what I'm taking away from this game is that teamwork makes the dream work πŸ’ͺ. The Warriors didn't just rely on Steph, they had multiple players chipping in with big performances. That's the key to success - not just one person's heroics, but everyone pulling together towards a common goal 🀝. And let's be real, Curry's record-breaking season is still on, but it's also about how he elevates his teammates and helps them win.

OMG 🀯 Curry's clutch performance was pure magic 😍! I mean, 46 points is insane, but he carried the Warriors to that win with so much heart and determination πŸ’ͺ. And can we talk about Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle? Those two Spurs players put on a show and made it so hard for Curry's team to lose 🀯. But in the end, Curry's squad came out on top and I'm SO here for it πŸŽ‰. The Thunder-Lakers game was crazy too! Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is on fire πŸ”₯ and Nikola Jokic is still unstoppable 😲. These NBA games are always so full of surprises and I love every minute of it πŸ˜†

omg u guys i cant even right now i was at the game live 3 rows from steph curry 🀩πŸ”₯ and let me tell u he is literally on another level that 6th grade math homework couldn't even touch his scoring abilities lol also jokic is just so underrated how does one dude do that much damage to a team all by himself? πŸ˜‚ meanwhile i just spilled an entire drink on my phone πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ at the concession stand and now i have to spend the rest of the night trying to clean it

🀯 I'm low-key freaking out right now! Curry's clutch performance was insane πŸ™Œ. I mean, 46 points? That's on another level! And to think he only had a few less than his season average is mind-blowing. The Warriors were down by like 10 points in the third quarter and came back to win it all. Talk about comeback story πŸ“š. I'm so hyped for these guys right now, they're on fire πŸ”₯! Can't wait to see what's next for Curry and the Warriors πŸ’ͺ

πŸ“ŠπŸ’₯ Curry's numbers are wild: 46 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, and he was only 30% from 3 πŸŒͺ️! The guy is a genius on the court, no doubt about it 😎. And can we talk about the Spurs' defense? They got torched by Steph Curry in the second half 🚨. I mean, Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle are doing some crazy stuff, but you gotta give credit where credit is due - Curry's performance was pure clutch πŸ’ͺ. The Warriors' win streak is back on track, and their home court advantage can't be beat πŸ˜„. Did you see the Thunder-Lakers game? 121-92 is insane 🀯! And Nikola Jokic is just ridiculous with his stats πŸ“ˆ...

What's up with all these superstars putting on a show tonight? I mean, Curry's 46 points are insane, but what really got me was how he and those Warriors teammates worked together like a well-oiled machine πŸ€–. And can we talk about Victor Wembanyama for a sec? The kid's got skills for days! 😲 But seriously, it's crazy to think about how one game can flip the script for an entire team. I'm loving every minute of this NBA season so far πŸ‘...

omg did u see that curry's stats tho? 46 points is insane 🀯 i think he was on fire out there! but what's up with the spurs losing to the warriors at home? they've been doing pretty well this season and it's weird they got beat so badly. did the spurs have any injuries or were their players just off that game? πŸ€” also, can we talk about how epic victor wembanyama's triple-double was? he's like a young superstar! 😎

"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." πŸ€” Not sure why teams can't seem to make a winning streak happen on their home turf? The Warriors and Spurs went toe-to-toe, but when it comes down to it, Curry's clutch performance sealed the deal for the Warriors. And that Thunder game against the Lakers was just wild – 121-92? 😲 I love how Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is living his best MVP life right now!

ugh i'm so glad curry came through for the warriors 🀩 he's literally the best shooter in the game rn! i was on the edge of my seat watching that game, it was insane how many 3s he made πŸ€πŸ”₯ and i love how his teammates stepped up too, jimmy butler is becoming a beast on the court πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ. i'm still trying to process what happened with the spurs, did they even get a chance to rest those legs? 😴
