inspiring! i was on the edge of my seat watching him grind out those long defensive frames against Trump 
. i mean, 138 break? game-changer 
. but what really impressed me was his mental toughness - he didn't let that 2-frame deficit get to him and just kept pushing forward . this win is a huge confidence boost for him ahead of next year's title defense!

. But at the same time, I gotta admit that Trump's game is so much more exciting to watch... don't get me wrong, Selby played a solid match and all but sometimes his style just feels a bit too safe for my taste
