I'm so over these Rotten Tomatoes scores... 78% "fresh" or whatever, it's all just numbers to me. The reviews are like split decisions on a coin toss - you get the thumbs up from one critic and the thumbs down from another. And what's with all the "rotten" ratings? Give me a break! Can't they just have a decent middle-of-the-road score for once? And don't even get me started on how some reviews are totally swayed by the writer's personal biases... I mean, what if you love business dramas and respect women? Why can't that be a good thing?
Honestly I'm kinda meh about this show still . I mean, it's got its moments, but all these critics are just drinking the Kool-Aid, you know? 78% is just a number, and I don't think one season of a Western drama really says anything about the show as a whole. I've seen some rough stuff in my time, and this show's just trying too hard to be gritty and realistic . Billy Bob Thornton's got talent for sure, but can he carry the whole show on his own? Not convinced yet...
