HOW COULD THE GOVERNMENT JUST GIVE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO A FIRM WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE NORMAL BIDDING PROCESS??? IT'S NOT ABOUT PARTISANSHIP, IT'S ABOUT ENSURING THAT TAXPAYER FUNDS ARE BEING USED RESPONSIBLY AND WITH INTEGRITY!
