I don’t usually comment but... I feel kinda bad for Americans who rely on gluten-free pasta . The idea of having no pasta options that are safe and affordable is super stressful, especially for those with celiac disease or intolerance like Kelly . I'm not sure about the US-produced pasta being a silver lining , but it's good to know most pasta sold here is made domestically . Still, I'd love to see some gluten-free alternatives popping up soon !
