Illinois governor calls on Trump officials to halt ICE raids for Halloween

dunno why gov is always causin trouble 🤷‍♂️, thinks he's protectin the little dudes but really just makin it harder for them to live in peace. and what's with this mass deportation thingy? feels like they're more worried about deportin people than actually fixin the problems in the country 🤔. and what happened at that Halloween parade was straight up crazy 😲, tear gas at a kid's party?!?! gotta make sure everyone knows this ain't right 👎

omg, this is so not cool 🤯 Governor Pritzker is totally right to tell those Trump officials to chill out for Halloween 🎃. I mean, who thought it was a good idea to use tear gas at a parade? 😱 That's just cruel and unnecessary. The governor's got a point that these raids are causing too much trauma for kids and families in Chicago - they should be able to enjoy their Halloween weekend without fear of being caught up in some immigration drama 🙅‍♂️. And btw, DHS saying it's all part of "crowd control" sounds like a total cop-out 🚫. I don't buy the idea that agents are only using force when there's violence - if that were true, they wouldn't be targeting innocent people at a parade or during regular community events either 🤔.

I'm not buying this 🤔... Governor Pritzker is using Halloween as an excuse to politicize a situation. It sounds like he's more concerned with getting attention than actually addressing the issue at hand. The governor claims that ICE and CBP agents are "ignoring their duty to protect the public" but what about when those agents put themselves in harm's way? 🤷‍♂️ I'm not saying Trump officials should be conducting raids, but let's not turn a blind eye to the facts either. It's true that tear gas was used at the Halloween parade, but is it really necessary to blame everyone involved just because Pritzker disagrees with the administration's stance? 🙄 And what about those reports of mass assaults and violence against law enforcement? Are we just ignoring those incidents too?
