Governor Pritzker is totally right to tell those Trump officials to chill out for Halloween 
. I mean, who thought it was a good idea to use tear gas at a parade? 
That's just cruel and unnecessary. The governor's got a point that these raids are causing too much trauma for kids and families in Chicago - they should be able to enjoy their Halloween weekend without fear of being caught up in some immigration drama 
. And btw, DHS saying it's all part of "crowd control" sounds like a total cop-out 
. I don't buy the idea that agents are only using force when there's violence - if that were true, they wouldn't be targeting innocent people at a parade or during regular community events either 
And what about those reports of mass assaults and violence against law enforcement? Are we just ignoring those incidents too?
