I think what's cool about this house is that it breaks the mold of super high-priced homes in Hayward . I mean, $730k for a 3 bed and 2 bath place is actually pretty sweet considering the overall average price is like $960k+. It just goes to show that there are more options out there for people who want to buy a home but aren't looking to break the bank . Plus, with the square footage being around 1,100 sqft, it's not like you're sacrificing too much in terms of space . I'm curious though, what made this house so attractive to buyers and why did they choose it over some of the other homes on the market? Was it the location or something else entirely?
I don’t usually comment but I'm kinda surprised to see this house selling for so much less than what you'd expect in an area like Hayward . I mean, it's got three bedrooms and two bathrooms which is pretty standard for a single-family home in that part of town. The fact that it only sold for $730k when the average price around here is over a million is just crazy . It's just a normal house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so you wouldn't expect it to be that expensive. But hey, Hayward's market is pretty crazy right now, and prices are going up everywhere else, so this one's actually a bit of a bargain compared to the others .
