Hayward: In the week of Jan. 5 best deals on homes

Among the latest real estate sales in Hayward, one property stands out for its affordability. A single-family home at 19600 Royal Avenue sold for $730,000 – the lowest price among the five homes featured.

Compared to the overall average sale price of $961,354 and the average square foot price of $648, this particular house is relatively more accessible. With a living area of 1,156 square feet and three bedrooms, two bathrooms, it offers a practical choice for buyers seeking an affordable home in Hayward.

Interestingly, its sale comes at a time when many homes are being sold with significantly higher prices. This single-family home's unique situation highlights the diverse real estate landscape in the city.

I just saw this video of a cat trying to "help" someone cook on YouTube and I was dying laughing 🤣 it's always amazing how cats think they know best, you know? like, what if the house on Royal Avenue had a feline roommate? maybe that would've brought down the price even more lol. or maybe the seller just wanted to attract some cute buyers 😂 anyway, Hayward's real estate market is super interesting, but have you guys ever been to California and seen the difference in housing prices from one city to another? it's crazy 🤯

so like what's going on here is that this one house in Hayward just sold for like super cheap lol 🤣 it's only $730k which is way below the average price of like $961m per sq ft 📊 and even the overall sale price of $961m or whatever 🤷‍♂️ i mean who wouldn't want a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home for that price? 🏠👍 but idk what's up with all these other homes selling for like crazy prices 🤑 maybe it's just market trends or whatever 📈 anyway this house is def a practical choice for people looking to buy something affordable in Hayward 🤝

here's a quick diagram of the situation:
```
I mean, can you believe how crazy the housing market is right now? I've been following this trend and it's wild to see some of these properties selling for insane prices 🤯. But on a more positive note, there are still homes out there that are actually affordable, like this one in Hayward. It's awesome that people can find a practical place to live without breaking the bank 💸.
I think what's interesting is how this sale fits into the bigger picture of the city's real estate scene. It shows us that there's more diversity than just super expensive and super cheap options – we've got everything in between 🌈. Maybe it's time for some people to take a step back and reevaluate their priorities? For me, being able to breathe easy and focus on what really matters is priceless 😊.
OMG, I'm so stoked to see that there's still hope for homebuyers like me out here! 🤩 I mean, $730k is still a pretty penny, but compared to those other homes listed, it's like a breath of fresh air! 💨 And the fact that it's got 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is def a major selling point - my family would LOVE that place! 👪 We're always on the lookout for affordable homes in Hayward and this one seems like an amazing deal. Has anyone else noticed how crazy pricey everything is lately? 🤯 I just hope that prices don't keep going up and out of reach for people who need a home. Fingers crossed! 😊
🤔 I got a friend who lives in Hayward and they were struggling to find a decent place to live. The fact that this one house is selling for like, a million bucks less than the average price is crazy! 🤑 I guess it just goes to show how different neighborhoods are priced differently. The location might be good, but the market prices are still kinda steep if you ask me. I wonder what's going on with the demand and supply in Hayward... maybe it's time for some more new developments? 🤷‍♀️
I mean... who would've thought we'd be seeing super cheap houses pop up everywhere?! 😮 730k for that place is crazy low, I'm surprised it didn't sell like 5 minutes ago lol. Hayward's got some decent options going on right now, so you can't fault the buyers on this one. And let's be real, who needs a mansion when you've got space to breathe? 🤷‍♂️ This price is actually kinda sweet for those trying to get in the market... might make it more accessible than expected! 👍
💸🏠 730k is still crazy expensive, but hey, if you're lookin' for an affordable option in Hayward, this place ain't so bad 🤷‍♂️. Only thing is, the rest of the city's homes are gettin' sold like hotcakes at way higher prices 🍞👀
🤔 I've been keeping up with the housing market in Hayward and this latest sale is pretty interesting to me... $730k for 1,156 sq ft seems like a decent deal considering the average prices are hovering around $961k+! It's not the biggest house or anything fancy but it's definitely more affordable than most other homes on the market. I think what's cool is that this one seller managed to stay under the radar and snagged a great price, meanwhile others are getting squeezed out for more cash 🤑
I think what's crazy is how the housing market can change so fast. I mean, just last year this same house was probably selling for way more than $730k 🤯. It's like people are getting smart about what they want and need from a home. Hayward needs more affordable options, you feel? This one house might not solve the whole problem but it's a start 💡. And I gotta say, 1,156 sq ft for $730k isn't too shabby either 🏠.
I mean, 730k for that place is kinda steep even though it's cheaper than others... I guess it's all about what you're looking for in a home, right? Like, if you need a bunch of space or have kids, $730k might be worth it. But personally, I'm thinking more like $500k and under for me.
OMG you guys 🤯! I'm loving this affordable find in Hayward 🏠💸 - $730k for that 3 bed, 2 bath single family home is a total steal 😎! Compared to the other homes on the market, it's like night and day - $961k average sale price? No thanks 🙅‍♂️. I think this one home shows that there are still options for buyers out there who don't want to break the bank 💸👍. Plus, with 1,156 sq ft of living space, it's like a palace on a budget 😆! The real estate market can be crazy, but this is definitely a silver lining 🌞 #AffordableHomes #HaywardRealEstate #HomeSweetHome
🤔 It's pretty interesting to see this one house going for way less than the others. I mean, we all know Hayward is getting more expensive, but $730k is still a lot of cash. This place might be smaller than some of those other homes, but it's got three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is pretty standard for what you'd expect in a family home.
The fact that it sold at this price is also telling – there must have been some interest from buyers who were looking for something affordable without breaking the bank. I think it's great that we're seeing more options like this on the market, even if they are fewer and farther between.
It's just one example of how real estate works, though – supply and demand can play a big role in prices, and sometimes you get lucky and snag a good deal. Anyways, it'll be interesting to see what happens with other homes coming up for sale in the area 🏠💰
🤔 I'm kinda surprised by this house selling for $730k tho. I mean, it's not super cheap, but compared to the other homes on the market, it's a steal 🤑. The fact that it's got 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes me think it's gotta be in decent condition or something 😊. And with all these other homes selling for $1M+ easy, this one's like a breath of fresh air 👅. I don't get why people are so desperate to pay top dollar for these houses 🤷‍♂️. Can't we just chill and find something that fits our budget instead? 💸
lol i mean like this is pretty cool that theres actually a house thats sellin for under mil like $730k? idk what makes it tho, maybe its just cuz its not located near the freeway or somethin. but seriously, Hayward's got some hidden gems. its crazy how prices are inflatin everywhere else right now, so this is def a nice change of pace. i mean who needs all that extra space tho? 3beds and 2baths is plenty imo. and dont even get me started on the sq ft price avg... thats just wild.
I think what's really interesting here is that there are still people buying homes in Hayward who are looking for an affordable option 😊. I mean, $730,000 might not be a cheap price tag by any means, but compared to what's being asked for other properties in the area, it's relatively reasonable. It just goes to show that when you're looking for something practical and not too flashy, there are still options out there.
I also think this says something about the state of housing prices right now 🤔. I mean, sure, $961,354 is an average sale price in Hayward, but what's really driving up those prices? Is it just a matter of supply and demand, or is there something more going on here? Either way, I think this sale gives buyers some hope that they might be able to find something that fits their budget.
It's also worth noting that 1,156 square feet isn't huge by any means 💺. So while $730,000 might be a bit steep for some people, others who are looking for a practical, no-frills home in Hayward might see this as a great deal 🤞.
I'm telling you, this whole thing is fishy 🐟... like, have you seen the sales numbers around here? Everyone else is getting ripped off, and this one house just happens to be a diamond in the rough? I mean, $730k for that 3-bed, 2-bath place? It's gotta be some sort of scheme... maybe the sellers are trying to make room for even more overpriced homes. And what about all those other sales that are way higher? Are they just trying to drive up prices and then let this one anomaly bring 'em back down? It just doesn't add up, you know? Something fishy's going on here...
I mean, what's up with these super high-end sales? I'm all for people wanting to splurge on their dream homes, but come on, $730k is still crazy low compared to what most people are seeing elsewhere! 🤔 This home might be a good deal for some folks, but for others, it's like they're getting robbed. And don't even get me started on the average prices in this area... it's like Hayward's got its own mini-titanic going on, with homes being sold off to the highest bidder. I'm all for finding affordable options, but can't we talk about something more relevant to everyday people? Like how are they affording these crazy prices?! 🤷‍♀️
omg u gotta believe this house was like super hard to sell lol it took like 3 yrs for it to get sold and ppl were offerin way more $$$ than it ended up sellin for 😂 i mean the owner had to lower their price like 4 times before they could finally find a buyer. but now that it's sold, i'm low-key kinda happy for them? not b/c of the money or anything 🤑 but cuz it shows they didn't have to compromise too much on what they wanted from their dream home 👍 and btw Hayward is such an underrated city 🤷‍♀️ we need more affordable options like this around here 💸
man 730k is kinda low for hayward lol, i mean i know ppl need places to live but this is still waaay lower than the avg...like how can a house that size be so affordable 🤔? and its not like it's some old or run down place either, from the pics it looks decent. anyway, gotta give credit where credit is due tho 👍
