I think what's dope is that Crochet's second place finish still shows how lit his season was ! 18-5 record and a 2.59 ERA is insane ! And his stats on the strikeout front? Unbeatable ! He may not have taken home the Cy Young, but he's definitely got what it takes to be up there with the best of 'em

Skubal's gotta be one of the most underrated pitchers out there, his stats are insane! but you gotta respect Crochet's debut season with the Sox, 18-5 and a 2.59 ERA is no joke . and yeah, that Wild Card playoff series against the Yankees was fire . can't wait to see what he does next, Red Sox fans are in for a treat

so crochets 2nd place finish is def a bummer but like he showed us that he's got game gotta respect tarik skubal's dominance tho, the dude was on all season. but idk about this "back-to-back" thing, can he sustain it? crochet's numbers are straight fire btw, 250 k's and under 50 walks in one season is crazy

I'm so sure that Garrett Crochet's 18-5 record and 2.59 ERA are super impressive , but at the same time, I think Tarik Skubal's consistency is what really made him stand out this year ... wait, no, I take it back! Crochet's performances against the Yankees in the Wild Card playoff series were insane! But, like, Skubal's stats are still pretty crazy, too ... Ugh, I don't know what to think anymore . Maybe Crochet just needed a bit more experience before he could take on the likes of Skubal? Or maybe Skubal is just that good? Can we just agree that both pitchers are awesome and we'll move on?
