Stranger Things season finale was literally dragging me down with all those exposition scenes
I get why they're trying to pay homage to the 80s, but it's like they forgot we're watching a show, not playing a game
. At the same time, Edge of Tomorrow is like the perfect example of how video games can inspire some amazing storytelling
John Wick 4 was fun for like an hour and then I just wanted to punch the screen in
Can't they find that sweet spot where it's not too much?
And omg Indika sounds so mind-blowing!
Five-hour playtime is so intense, but if it's as deep as you say, that's like a whole different kind of game altogether
. Maybe the key is to take what works from video games and just make it more cinematic? Like, instead of side-quests, they could have character arcs or something
