Florence + The Machine Cover Lady Gaga’s ‘Abracadabra’ in Spooky SiriusXM Set

Florence + The Machine delivered a spine-tingling performance for SiriusXM's The Spectrum on Halloween, blending Lady Gaga's "Abracadabra" with their own haunting rendition of 'Which Witch'. The eerie mash-up showcased the band's signature dramatic flair and raw emotional depth.

The performance served as an early glimpse into Florence Welch's forthcoming sixth studio album, Everybody Scream, which drops on October 31. In a recent conversation with The Guardian, Welch described the new project as a "fever dream of witchcraft, mysticism, magic, poetry, and insanity", drawing inspiration from her own creative recovery following a near-fatal ectopic pregnancy last year.

The album's themes of mortality, rebirth, and feminine rage are reflected in the music, which leans into Florence + The Machine's darker sonic palette. The tracklist features previously released singles "Sympathy Magic" and "Spell It Out", both of which showcase the band's mastery of mythic lyrics and brooding atmospheres.

A North American headline tour for 2026 is set to kick off in Minneapolis on April 8, with stops in major cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Toronto. Rising stars Rachel Chinouriri, CMAT, and Sofia Isella will support Florence + The Machine across select dates, with tickets going on sale November 5 at 10 a.m. local time.

The Everybody Scream Tour promises to be an unforgettable experience for fans of the band's signature blend of theatricality and emotional intensity.
