Flight reductions to hold at 6% amid 'rapid decline in controller callouts': DOT

can't believe what's going on with this whole shutdown thing 🤯, i'm actually kinda loving the fact that airlines aren't grounding their planes yet, it's only gonna make me even more paranoid about flying 😅, but seriously though, 2k+ flights delayed on wednesday is still pretty crazy, think they should've stuck to the original plan and just cut some more flights to be safe, now we're all gonna be stuck in traffic and waiting for our flights... or not 🚫😒

I'm so stoked they're not gonna increase those flight reductions 🤩! Like, I get it, the shutdown is a big deal and all, but airlines are already dealing with major delays and cancellations right now 😬. It's crazy to think about planes grounding this weekend... that would be a total game-changer 🚫. But at least they're keeping an eye on staffing levels at air traffic control - that's a good sign! 💯 I just hope everything gets back to normal for the Thanksgiving holiday, fam. Fingers crossed for smooth travels and no more flight chaos 😅.

aww yay lol 6% reduction in flights is still gonna be bad news for ppl but like, yay for ppl gettin paid again! 🤞 fingers crossed that air travel ops get back to normal by thxksgiving holiday 😊 can't wait for plane rides again 🚀

🚨 can't believe they're not gonna raise the flight reduction anymore... like, what's goin on? a 6% reduction is still gonna cause major issues on the roads 🤯 and at the airports. gotta feel for all those ppl who are gettin delayed or stuck in the airport with no end in sight 🕰️. and what's the deal with TSA employees workin without pay? shouldn't they be gettin some kinda support or atleast a temporary raise? 💸 anyway, airlines say it'll take a week to recover... wish 'em luck lol 👀 hoping this shutdown ends soon so we can all get back to flyin high ✈️
