. I mean, who wouldn't know that exercising with others is way more effective than doing it alone? It's not like we've been hearing about group fitness classes and workout buddies for years or anything... But seriously, it's nice to see some science backing up the fact that moving your body can actually do something for those pesky depression symptoms
. And yay, low-intensity programs are a thing now! Who needs to run a marathon when you can just take a leisurely walk and feel better about yourself?
