omg can't wait to get my hands on this bigger edition i've been a fan of detroit metro times for ages, but the thought of brighter colors and heavier paper quality is just what they needed to take it up a notch! 11 inches by 14.5 inches sounds huge can't imagine how much more epic the pics are gonna look now plus, no more staples means less waste is always a win in my book gotta love the team for giving us more content every other week - staying informed just got a whole lot easier ️
omg what's next they're gonna make the font bigger too lol just kidding kind of but seriously 11x14 sounds nice i guess it's about time they upgraded from that tiny format anyway they shoulda done this ages ago, less paper waste is a win in my book & staple-less config? genius! who needs those annoying staples getting in the way of the fun of reading a paper
I'm not sure how I feel about this bigger print size tbh it's like they're trying too hard to make a statement...11x14.5 inches? That's just gonna take up more space on my coffee table and cost 'em more to produce the paper quality is cool, I guess, but what's the point if you're just gonna print out all this empty space? And staple-less? isn't that just a fancy way of saying "we don't care about the environment"? i mean, i'm all for innovation and sustainability, but can't they just make it work with the old format instead of making a big production out of it
oh great, another excuse for me to break out my reading glasses because the new larger format is just going to make everything harder on my eyes still, i guess it's about time they upgraded from that tiny size. now i'll have to spend more money on a bigger cup of coffee to hold up this behemoth of a newspaper and yay for less waste... who cares if you can't staple a paper together properly? at least the colors will be brighter, so maybe it'll be pretty enough to distract me from how much i'm going to miss reading it online
I'm so stoked to hear they're switching up the design of Detroit Metro Times! That bigger paper quality is gonna make it feel way more premium, you know? And yay for staple-less pages - that's like, totally eco-friendly and stuff. I've been noticing how some papers can be super thin and flimsy, so a thicker, heavier paper would definitely be an upgrade.
