I'm tellin' ya, it's like back when my dad was working in the corporate world, they had all these layers of managers and whatnot... now it seems like they're just cutting through all that red tape
. It makes sense though, with everyone using Slack and Zoom, there's less need for all those face-to-face meetings. Plus, cost savings are always a good thing
. But at the same time, you gotta wonder if some CEOs are just getting too comfortable... I mean, do they really think having more people reporting to them is gonna help with decision-making?
