this is so sad I cant even imagine how that mom must've felt, like her daughter's safety meant everything to her and the school basically dropped the ball 
. I dont think it makes sense that the chaperone was allowed to keep working with kids after an investigation found he'd been accused of a serious crime. I'm glad the education department apologized and is making changes, but it's about time
