Burger King announces limited edition advent calendar

Burger King Launches Limited-Edition Advent Calendar for the Holidays

Fans of the iconic fast-food chain can get into the holiday spirit with a limited-edition advent calendar, featuring 12 drawers filled with nostalgic gifts, games, and merchandise. The BK Advent calendar is designed to resemble a brown paper parcel tied up with string, each containing over $100 worth of goodies.

The annual release costs just $19.54 - roughly a quarter of the year Burger King was founded in 1954 - making it an affordable gift option for friends and family. This year's offerings include retro-style gifts such as a JD the Dog plushie, mini board games, and collectible ornaments.

According to Joel Yashinsky, chief marketing Officer for Burger King U.S. and Canada, "The holidays are all about creating moments of joy, and our BK Advent Calendar is designed to do just that in a very BK way." Last year's release sold out in under five minutes, with many fans eagerly anticipating this year's limited-edition calendar.

As expected, the 2025 advent calendar has already generated high demand, prompting Burger King to set up a waiting list for customers. To join the waiting list, fans simply need to text "START" to 251-251, which will automatically give consent to join the BK Text Club and receive recurring telemarketing messages from Burger King.

Shipping is scheduled to begin on December 1, with delivery expected within five to seven business days.

omg, can you even imagine unwrapping a random $100 gift every day for 12 days?! 🀯 i'm literally drooling thinking about the JD the Dog plushie 🐢 and mini board games - this advent calendar is gonna be SO lit! πŸ’₯ plus, it's only like a quarter of what Burger King was founded in (lol, that's like ancient money πŸ˜‚) so it's super affordable. I've got my eye on getting one ASAP, gotta join the waiting list ASAP too πŸ“² text "START" to 251-251 and i'm good to go! can't wait for shipping to start on Dec 1st ⏰

OMG u gotta get this advent calendar its sooo cool 🎁 I mean who needs actual Christmas presents when u can get a whole bunch of old-school goodies like mini board games and retro-themed ornaments? Its just $19.54 which is literally a quarter of what they charged back in 1954 when it was founded lol. Last year sold out in under 5 mins i swear its like they expect everyone to be obsessed with this thing. I mean who isnt a fan of Burger King anyway but still its kinda funny that the ppl are already making plans for it.

The BK Advent calendar is like a time capsule of nostalgia πŸŽ„! I mean, who wouldn't want to unwrap some retro goodies every day leading up to Christmas? The JD the Dog plushie is already giving me throwback vibes πŸ˜‚. But, you know what's kinda annoying? Having to join some text club and get bombarded with telemarketing messages just to be on the waiting list πŸ“±. I feel like it's a bit of a bait-and-switch. Still, I guess it's worth it if it means getting my hands on that calendar... for $19.54? That's still kinda steep considering how much you can get at thrift stores or garage sales πŸ’Έ. Maybe they should just sell the whole thing online or something, and be done with it πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.

ugh, another thing that's gonna make a profit off of people's festive vibes... $19.54 for a bunch of retro junk that'll just end up in the trash after christmas 🀒🎁 and btw, who thought it was a good idea to set up a waiting list by texting a single word "START"? gotta pay for the convenience of being bombarded with spammy telemarketing calls πŸ“±πŸ˜’

I'm so not feeling this one πŸ˜’. I mean, come on $19.54 for a bunch of random junk that's just gonna end up in the trash after like 2 weeks? That's just gonna be another thing cluttering up my stuff. And what's with all these "collectible" ornaments that are just gonna take up space on my shelf? I swear, it's just a fancy way for Burger King to make more cash off us holiday shoppers. And the fact that they're using some kind of waiting list system where you have to text them just to join... yeah no thanks 🚫. Can't we just get a decent gift without having to sign up for their rewards program? πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

OMG I'm so stoked about this new advent calendar launch from Burger King!!! πŸŽπŸ‘ The price of $19.54 is like, totally a bargain considering all the sick goodies that come with it! From retro-style gifts to collectible ornaments, it's gonna be a holiday season to remember. And can we talk about how cute the packaging looks? Like, who wouldn't want to receive a parcel tied up with string and a mini board game on Christmas morning?! I'm def adding this to my wishlist ASAP.

Ugh, I mean, I'm not mad or anything πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ but that's like, so much money for an advent calendar? Like, I get it, it's a limited edition thing and all, but $19.54 is just crazy! They could use some of those funds to help people in need instead of giving them retro gifts πŸ€”

And omg the waiting list is already up and running? What's next, like, being put on a list for a new iPhone release or something πŸ“±? I don't get it. Can't they just make more calendars or something? This whole thing just seems super commercialized to me πŸ€‘

OMG, I'm low-key obsessed with this idea 🀩! An advent calendar at a price point that's barely even a quarter of the original cost? It's like they're speaking our language! I love how it's got all these retro goodies in it, too - who wouldn't want to get their hands on a JD the Dog plushie or some mini board games? πŸŽπŸ‘

But, for real though, why do you need to join this waiting list just to text "START" and potentially get bombarded with telemarketing messages? Can't they just sell it online like everyone else and not make us beg for it? 🀯 Just saying.

I just saw this news about Burger King's advent calendar and I'm getting SO hyped! πŸŽ…πŸ» I mean, who doesn't love the idea of a mysterious box arriving at your doorstep every day for 24 days? The prices are crazy reasonable considering it's basically a mini treasure hunt. But omg have you seen the contents?! JD the Dog plushie? Mini board games? Collectible ornaments? My inner kid is screaming! 🀩 I'm already mentally planning which gifts to get my friends and family... but wait, isn't this just a marketing ploy to get us hooked on their app again? πŸ“±πŸ‘€ Either way, can't wait to unwrap (literally) the first box on Dec 1st 🎁
