I'm so down to move to Detroit 
but only if they fix the potholes first, ugh, I hate driving on those roads it's like they're trying to make a mess. And have you seen the rent prices in Corktown? It's like they're gonna price out all the artists and musicians who made it cool in the first place 
. I'm not saying I wouldn't wanna live there, but I don't wanna be stuck in some overpriced Airbnb with no backyard 
. The West Village sounds alright, though, I like that cozy cafe vibe

I mean, who wouldn't want to move to a city with such rich history and diversity? And the neighborhoods are all so unique and interesting - I love that there's something for everyone, from downtown high-rise apartments to quiet family-friendly areas like Indian Village. The transportation system is also super convenient, which is a big plus. But what really gets me is how affordable it is compared to other cities in the US. I've got friends who are thinking of making the move and Detroit seems like an amazing choice for them! 
Interesting how Detroit can be both industrial and artistic at the same time. The food scene must be amazing with all that fine-dining and local shops. I'm kinda jealous of those affordable homes and rent prices... West Village sounds like my kind of place, cozy cafes and everything!

Also, have they thought through how they're gonna ensure that this growth isn't just benefiting the wealthy, but also the community as a whole? Need to keep it real, you know?
