Appeals court rules Border Patrol Cmdr. Gregory Bovino doesn't have to report daily to federal judge

😒 This is wild that they're basically saying that a commander in charge can't be held accountable for his agents' actions, especially when it comes to using excessive force on innocent people like journalists and protesters 🤯. I get where they're coming from with the separation of powers thing, but it feels like they're just trying to sweep this whole thing under the rug 💼. The fact that they're trying to block Commander Bovino's daily meetings is just another way of avoiding accountability 🙅‍♂️. It's not cool when powerful people try to hide behind bureaucratic loopholes 👀.

OMG 🤯, like, can't believe what just went down in Chicago! 😱 So the feds are trying to shut down Commander Bovino from talking to the judge about the whole tear gas thingy? 🚫👮‍♂️ Like, isn't that what he's supposed to do? Be a commander and make sure everyone is following the rules? 🤔 I'm kinda stoked that the court is all like "nope, not gonna do that" though 💁‍♀️. The whole thing about him being an inquisitor instead of a neutral adjudicator makes total sense. Like, shouldn't he be focusing on enforcing laws and stuff? 😂 Not doing some judge's bidding? 🙅‍♂️ I guess the government is all like "oh no, our guy is getting in trouble" 😳 but honestly, it seems pretty fair to me 👍
