Ugh, another week of drought in Texas is just so frustrating!! I'm literally dying over here thinking about all those plants and crops that are gonna wither away. And don't even get me started on the water restrictions... it's like, can't we just have a good ol' fashioned rain shower for once?! 
I mean, I know it's not the end of the world, but come on, Texas! You're supposed to be all about the BBQs and outdoor shenanigans, but now you're stuck dealing with this endless heat and dryness... 
At least they're saying it might cool down a bit by Wednesday, so fingers crossed that moisture returns soon?

It's like the weather is trying to tell us something, but what? The fact that moisture returns on Wednesday with minimal rainfall is not exactly a silver lining - our water reservoirs are already running low. I do hope people take this as an opportunity to conserve water, though; it's high time we become more mindful of our water usage. On the bright side, at least the heat and humidity will be bearable for a bit... but let's not get too comfortable just yet
