This whole thing is so messed up 
. An 73-year-old lady just going about her day and then BAM! She's confronted by some young thugs with guns 
. No respect for anyone, especially not for seniors who have earned their place in the world. And they took advantage of her because she was alone? 
That's just plain cruel.I'm glad the community is rallying around this poor lady, but it's a shame it had to come to this
. You'd think that by now, we should've learned that violence isn't an answer 
. The fact that these three were on the run with stolen cars and guns just shows how reckless they were 
.It's also a reminder that our communities need to stay vigilant
. We can't let our guard down, especially when it comes to protecting vulnerable neighbors like this lady 
. Let's hope justice is served quickly 
and these perpetrators face the consequences of their actions 
. I feel so bad for the neighbor who helped her escape too... they must've been shaking after what happened 
. And to think they just took an elderly woman because of her age? That's messed up. The fact that all three had prior offenses and were driving around with stolen cars is just wild 
. At least the police were able to track them down and get them off the streets for a while
