A guy gets wrongly deported, re-detained without due process... it's just not right 
. I mean, what's the point of even having a court system if you're just gonna ignore the law and bully people like Kilmar Abrego Garcia? 
The judge is just trying to do her job, which is to uphold justice and protect human rights. 
We need more of these kinds of rulings, not less! 
. The whole thing reeks of a massive cover-up and it's just another example of how broken the immigration system is in this country. Like, what even happened to Abrego Garcia? He was already back in the US and they still managed to mess up his deportation status

the fact that the trump administration lied in court about costa rica or whatever is just fire 
they took him in as a teenager, gave him deportation orders but then rescinded them because they thought he'd be safer in el salvador... and now he's back in us detention without any good reason! 
this is crazy how one person's case can be so telling for the whole country's approach on immigration... kilmar abrego garcia's story is heartbreaking & it shows that we need to be more careful with our laws & processes so no one else gets treated like this 
my heart goes out to him & his family, they've been through enough already. and yeah, a huge win for the activists fighting for immigrant rights, but we know there's still so much work to do
