Trapped review – rough and ready abuse story that piles bleakness upon bleakness

I gotta say, this movie "Trapped" is like the cinematic embodiment of my anxiety lol 🤯 It's intense, but you can tell they're trying to make a point about trauma and abuse. I love how it's not all glossy and polished, some scenes feel super rough around the edges, but that's kinda what makes it real, you know? 🌎 The script is definitely cheesy in some places, but at the same time, there are moments when you're like "wow, this is just how it goes down". I think the filmmakers did a good job of capturing the messy, brutal nature of these situations. It's not an easy watch, but if it makes people talk about abuse and trauma in a more serious way, then that's gotta count for something 🤝

I gotta say, watching this film was like witnessing a train wreck in slow motion 🚂😱. It's rough around the edges, but you can see the heart beating beneath all that grit and grime 💔. The message about trauma bonds is so important - it's not always easy to watch, but it's real life, you know? 💕 My takeaway is that sometimes we need to confront our demons head-on, even if it means facing some uncomfortable truths 👊.
