omg you guys can u believe it's finally happening 
?! Cricket in the Olympics is like my childhood dream come true!!! I've been following this sport for ages and it's amazing to see how far it's come. but seriously the governance thing is giving me major anxiety lol what if they mess everything up?! 
i mean USA cricket has a lot of issues they need to work out before the games so fingers crossed that they can get their act together. and omg the West Indies comp for women's teams is gonna be SO much drama 
let's hope the Olympics bring more fans to the sport tho it deserves all the love

... I mean, don't get me wrong, it's awesome that they're finally making an effort, but all these politics and governance issues? It's like, come on, USA Cricket needs to sort out their own house before they can expect to compete with the best of 'em 
. And what's up with the West Indies having their own competition to determine spots? That just adds more drama and uncertainty to an already exciting event 
... Fingers crossed that everything comes together and cricket makes a strong showing in LA, but I'm not holding my breath
