I'm so bloody frustrated when I think about Duncan Spencer's story

... I mean, the guy was talented, no doubt about it, but he had this whole career that just fell apart due to one mistake. Doping is a huge deal and you can't just brush it under the rug like he did

. It's not like he got caught red-handed or anything, but still... the damage was done.
And now he's out here speaking about how he regrets not living up to his potential

... I feel for him, don't get me wrong. We've all been there where we think "man, what if?" But at the same time, it's like, you gotta own up to your mistakes, you know? He could have taken this as an opportunity to learn from his errors and come back stronger, but instead he just kinda... disappeared

It's a shame because he was actually pretty good, pace bowling is not easy to master, and I think he had some great moments in the game. But that one mistake defined him for the rest of his career, and it's hard not to feel a little bit sorry for him
