Umm, I mean, I'm kinda surprised at how much I agree with this article
... but like, not really, you know? Like, on one hand, I think it's super valid that there are concerns about Roblox and how easily kids can stumble upon stuff they shouldn't be seeing
. We need to be more vigilant as parents and make sure these platforms are safer for our little ones.
But then again... maybe I'm just too harsh?
Like, don't get me wrong, those videos of kids getting harassed on Roblox are super concerning... but also, can we talk about how this is kinda the result of us being way too connected to our screens all the time
? Maybe we need to have a bigger conversation about that?
And omg, I'm so down for more articles like "Gaming in their golden years: why millions of seniors are playing video games"
! Like, who knew gaming could be so beneficial for older folks? It's awesome to see how it can bring people together and keep them engaged.
But... wait a minute, is it possible that we're just projecting our fears onto the gaming community
? Like, maybe Roblox isn't the problem, but rather how we choose to use these platforms ourselves?
But then again... maybe I'm just too harsh?
