OMG I'm literally so invested in this girl's career 
she's like my ultimate soccer idol lol I mean I've been following her for years since I was a kid and she's always been amazing on the field but now that she's at Arsenal FC it's like a whole new level 
I know some ppl might say that all these big transfers are crazy expensive but I'm just here for the entertainment value 
I love how she spoke about the challenges of adjusting to a new team and league though it's so relatable

. Back in my day, we didn't see young players getting transferred for that kind of money - it was a rare case of clubs splashing out on talent! 
Now it seems like every top club is willing to break the bank to get their hands on someone as promising as her. It's both exciting and a bit worrying that she'll be under so much pressure from day one

, but then I saw this ad for an old pair of trainers that someone is giving away for free! My mind started wandering to all the weird things I've found on Craigslist – like that time I stumbled upon a vintage toaster that still worked! Anyway, back to Olivia Smith... I don't know about this record-breaking transfer fee stuff. It just seems like too much money being thrown around. Are the WSL clubs even sustainable? I mean, have you seen the prices of housing in London lately? 
. Don't get me wrong, she's got skills and all that, but it feels like some of these top clubs are just throwing money around to keep up with each other. What about the rest of us? The smaller teams and leagues? We can barely scrape together a decent squad let alone break the bank on one player 
. Is this just making the gap between the haves and have-nots even wider?
