‘Ms. Diana’ es liberada tras fallo judicial que considera su arresto migratorio en una guardería como 'ilegal'

I'm so relieved that Diana Santillana Galeano has been released 🙌💨. What happened to her was completely unacceptable 👮‍♀️. I mean, who gets arrested for carrying their own documents? 🤔 It's just common sense. And those agents were dragging her away like she was some kind of criminal! 😱 No wonder the parents of that daycare center were so upset.

I don't think it's right that the government can just sweep up someone like that and take them away without even asking for their papers first 🤷‍♀️. I mean, what if they're here on a valid visa or something? It's not fair to the kids in that daycare center either - they were put in harm's way because of those agents' actions 😔.

Glad to hear that she gets to go home now and can focus on her job without all this drama 🙏. And good for Charlie Wysong, her lawyer, for fighting for her rights 💪. I hope the parents at that daycare center can also find some closure and move forward from this ordeal 👍.

🙏 this is such a huge relief for Diana Santillana Galeano! I'm so glad the judge ruled that her arrest was ilegal 🤝. It's amazing how one video can spark so much outrage and get people to take notice 😱. I mean, who wants to see agents dragging someone away like they're some kind of criminal? Not me, that's for sure 🚫. But seriously, it's great that she's been freed and can now return home to her kids in Chicago 🌃. And the fact that the gov is having to provide info about her release within two days shows that they're starting to listen 👂. It's also awesome that her lawyer is being super positive and focused on getting her the support she needs 💪. She must be so grateful for all the love and support pouring in from her community 🌈. And can we talk about how crazy it is that the DHS isn't commenting on this? Like, what even is going on over there? 🤔

Man, this is just another example of how our immigration system is like a big mess 🤯🚨. I mean, can you believe that agents from the DHS showed up at a daycare center and basically dragged an educator away? What's next, going to arrest the janitor or the principal? 😱

And let's talk about the fact that this woman was carrying her documents, so it's not like she was trying to hide anything. It's just another case of 'profiled' individuals being targeted, you know? 🤷‍♂️ The government needs to get its priorities straight and focus on deporting actual criminals instead of innocent people.

It's also interesting that the DHS isn't responding to comments about this whole ordeal... what are they hiding? 🙄 And now that Galeana has been released, we need to make sure she can stay in this country. This is just common sense, folks! 🤝 We need to create a more humane immigration system that doesn't target innocent people like this educator.

And let's not forget, this whole incident happened because of our country's outdated laws and policies... it's time for some reform, you know? 😊
