I can't access my father's legacy after solicitors closed down

This is just another example of the 'system' letting people down 🤦‍♀️! I mean, what's going on here? A grieving woman can't access her dad's legacy because the solicitor firm she trusted went belly up without warning? That's just not right 😡. And to make matters worse, the original firm is still holding onto their file and refusing to budge? Unbelievable! 👎

It's like the old saying goes: 'what's good for the goose isn't always good for the gander' 🙄. The SRA might have stepped in here and helped out this woman, but what about all those others who didn't get their help on time? That just seems unfair ⏱️.

And let's talk about transparency and accountability in the solicitor profession... or lack thereof 😒. If there are allegations of dishonesty against the managing director, why wasn't that information shared with the clients sooner? It's like they were keeping it all under wraps 🤫. This whole situation is just another case of 'too little, too late' ⏰.

We need to ask ourselves: what kind of system allows this to happen? Is it a case of individual failure or systemic problems? We can't just sit back and expect everything to be okay when we know that's not the case 🙄. Someone needs to take responsibility here and make some changes! 🔥

💔😩 Just heard about this solicitor firm in Cornwall shutting down without warning, leaving a grieving woman unable to access her late dad's legacy 🤕. Can't believe they just dropped everything like that 💸. And now she's struggling to even get her hands on her own files 📁. What's the point of having laws and regulations if they don't apply when it comes to these big firms? 😒. This whole thing is just a nightmare for this poor woman 🌪️. On the bright side, the SRA stepped in and sorted things out kinda quickly 🙏. But come on, should have been done sooner! ⏰

Omg can you believe that?! 🤯 A grieving woman is going through so much stress and financial struggles just because her solicitor firm shut down without warning! 🙄 It's not fair at all, especially when they still hold onto her dad's file and won't respond to calls or emails.

I feel for her so much, she's already dealing with the loss of her dad and now this? 😩 It's like they're making things worse. But I'm glad that the SRA stepped in and helped her out. That's what regulatory bodies are for, right? 🙏

This whole thing makes me want to look into alternative ways of handling probate, maybe something DIY-friendly. Have any of you guys had similar experiences with solicitors or know someone who has? 💡 Maybe we can help each other out and find a more reliable solution in the future. 🤝
