Healthy Recipe: Easy Pea-sy Soup

idk about this pea soup thing, sounds like something my aunt would whip up on a lazy sunday 🤷‍♀️...but at the same time, 30 minutes is pretty quick for a healthy meal, so i guess that's a plus ⏰. non-fat yogurt is also a win in my book - less calories and still plenty of flavor. but honestly, i'm not sold on the whole 'magic happens when you add mint' vibe...give me something with a bit more oomph 😐. still, if it's quick, easy, and healthy, i won't say no to trying it out 👌.
