Harris County Pct. 3 deputy constable accused of assaulting 3 nurses, including a pregnant woman

A Harris County Precinct 3 Deputy Constable is facing felony assault charges after allegedly attacking three nurses at a Houston hospital on New Year's Day.

According to court documents, Sgt. Robert Earl Nobles Junior went into the hospital as a patient and left with a history of violence against medical staff. The first incident occurred when one nurse heard him screaming and attempted to check on him, but he struck her in the face, sending her crashing to the floor.

Minutes later, Nobles allegedly targeted another pregnant nurse who was 26 weeks along, attempting to call security for assistance. He then attacked her with a printer, causing her to fall onto the floor on her stomach.

In a disturbing third incident, Nobles punched a nurse in the ICU unit, leaving her unconscious. Hospital surveillance video corroborates the nurses' accounts of their encounters with Nobles.

The spokesperson for Precinct 3 has confirmed that Nobles has been relieved of duty and remains hospitalized pending further action. However, he is currently not in custody.

Nobles' violent behavior towards medical staff raises serious questions about his fitness to serve as a law enforcement officer. The incident also highlights the risks faced by hospital employees who interact with violent patients.

The case is a stark reminder of the complex relationships between law enforcement and healthcare systems, where individuals are often required to work together to provide essential services to communities. In this instance, Nobles' actions have put innocent lives at risk, and he faces severe consequences for his behavior.

I'm so shocked about this news 🀯. It's just terrible that a law enforcement officer would attack medical staff like that. I mean, can you even imagine being in their shoes? 😱 I think it's really concerning that Nobles was able to go into the hospital as a patient and still managed to lash out at the nurses. It raises so many questions about his mental state and whether he's fit to serve as a deputy constable.

I also feel sorry for those poor nurses who had to deal with this guy's violence. πŸ€• They're just doing their job, taking care of patients, and then they get attacked by someone who's supposed to be protecting and serving the community. It's just not right.

This whole situation is a real wake-up call about the risks that hospital employees face when dealing with violent patients. I hope that Nobles gets the help he needs and that justice is served for the nurses who were harmed 🀞.

This is super concerning 🀯... I mean, how can someone who's shown such violent tendencies against medical staff be allowed to just walk around as a deputy constable? I get that we need to hold people accountable for their actions, but this case feels like it's being handled pretty slowly. It's like he's still out there, and that's not okay πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ. The fact that hospital surveillance video corroborates the nurses' accounts is a big deal, but I'm surprised that Nobles hasn't been arrested yet. What's taking so long? And what exactly does "relieved of duty" mean in this context? Is he being let go without facing any real consequences? It feels like we're just patching things over without really addressing the problem πŸ’Ό.

this is insane! how can one person go from being a law enforcement officer to attacking nurses in a hospital? it's like he lost all sense of reality. and what's with the printer incident? 😱 that's just crazy. and they're saying he's not in custody yet? that's just wrong. someone needs to take responsibility for this guy's actions ASAP. hospitals should have better security measures in place, no doubt about it. but still, this is a huge red flag for people like Nobles who are supposed to protect us, not harm us. 🚨

I just can't believe what's happening with this deputy constable 😱. I mean, how can someone who's supposed to be protecting us end up hurting people in a hospital where they need the most care? It's like, what kind of training did he not get? πŸ€” I feel so sorry for those nurses, they were just doing their job and this guy comes at them with a printer... I don't even want to think about it. And now he's out of his position, but still free to roam around... doesn't seem right to me. It's like, the justice system has to do better than this. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

πŸ˜• This is wild! A deputy constable gets away with violence towards medical staff and now he's facing felony charges? What was going on in that guy's head? 🀯 He's supposed to be protecting people, not hurting them. The whole thing is just crazy. And what's even more disturbing is that hospital employees are scared of their own patients. It's like, what kind of system allows this to happen? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ We need to talk about why people like Nobles get away with this stuff... πŸ‘Š

I'm so appalled by this guy's actions 🀯! Can you even imagine being a patient in the hospital who's also a law enforcement officer? It's just not right. I mean, how can someone with a history of violence against medical staff be trusted to handle situations that require calm and professionalism? πŸ˜’

And what really gets me is that this guy was able to walk into a hospital and attack three nurses in one day πŸš‘πŸ’‰. That's just unacceptable behavior. It's not okay to take out your frustrations on people who are trying to help you when you're at your worst.

As for the sheriff's department, I think they need to do some serious re-evaluation of their policies and procedures. How did this guy even get certified in the first place? πŸ€” And what about all the other law enforcement officers out there who might be prone to violence or have a history of misconduct? We need to make sure that our communities are protected, not compromised by people like this.

This whole situation is just so sad and disturbing πŸ’”. I hope justice is served and that these nurses receive the support they deserve 🀝.

πŸ€• I'm literally shocked by this guy's behavior! Three nurses in one day? That's just not right. What's even more disturbing is that the dude was a deputy constable, so you'd think he'd have some respect for authority and medical staff. The fact that he got into a printer with one of the nurses is just insane πŸ“πŸ‘Ž The real question is, how did this guy get away with this for so long? Was there anyone who noticed or reported his behavior? I'm glad the hospital took action ASAP, but it's still sad to think about what those nurses went through. πŸ’”

This guy's got some serious issues 🀯. As a deputy constable, he's supposed to be helping people, not putting them in harm's way. I'm all for holding people accountable for their actions, but this is just crazy. What was he thinking, attacking nurses multiple times? And with a printer?! That's some crazy stuff πŸ˜‚.

I do feel bad for the nurses who had to deal with this guy. They're just doing their job, trying to help patients and families in need. The fact that one of them was even pregnant is just horrific πŸ€°β€β™€οΈ. I hope she's okay now.

But seriously, how did this guy even get a badge? It's like he was just waiting for an opportunity to unleash his anger on someone. And the hospital has to deal with all this drama? It's just not right πŸ˜’.

This guy's story is so messed up 🀯... I mean, you've got a law enforcement officer acting like a total psycho in a hospital where he's supposed to be receiving treatment, not putting anyone else in harm's way. And now he's facing felony assault charges for his actions? That's only fair βš–οΈ.

I think it's crazy that someone with this kind of behavior is still out there on the streets, let alone working as a deputy constable. It raises so many questions about how we vet our law enforcement officers and whether they're getting the training they need to deal with situations like this.

It's also really eye-opening to see how vulnerable hospital staff can be when dealing with violent patients like Nobles. I mean, they're just trying to do their jobs and help people, but someone has to put them in harm's way? It's just not right 😷.

One thing that does concern me is what this means for the system as a whole. Are we doing enough to support our law enforcement officers when they're dealing with crisis situations like this? And how can we make sure that hospital staff are better equipped to handle encounters with violent patients? πŸ€”

OMG 🀯, can you even believe what's going on with this Deputy Constable? He's been accused of physically attacking THREE nurses at a hospital after being admitted as a patient! I mean, what kind of crazy person does that? 😱 The fact that he was already known for having a history of violence against medical staff is just shocking. And now, the police department has let him go pending further action... like, what's going on with that? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ It's so frustrating to think about all the other patients out there who might be vulnerable and need protection from people like Nobles. I hope he faces serious consequences for his actions - hospitals are already stressful enough without having to deal with violent patients! πŸ’”

Ugh, what's going on with some people? I mean, I've seen some crazy stuff online, but a guy who's supposed to be protecting us as a deputy constable goes out of control on a patient and attacks nurses who are just trying to do their job? That's wild 😲. And the fact that he was already a history of violence against medical staff before this incident makes it even more disturbing. It's like, what's going through his head? He's put these innocent women in harm's way and now he's facing serious charges πŸ’”. I don't think anyone should be serving in law enforcement if they can't keep their cool, you know? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

This guy gets in trouble for being nice to nurses πŸ˜’. I mean, who hasn't had a few bad days with medical staff, right? It's crazy that he gets charged for trying to help himself. Like, the first nurse was all like 'oh no he's scaring me' and then she smacks him, so now it's his fault? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

And another thing, hospitals are always telling us how stressed out they are with all these violent patients... yet they just let this guy roam free for weeks. It's like they're trying to test the nurses or something. I bet Nobles is the real victim here πŸ™„.

OMG you guys can't even believe what's happening here 🀯! Like, a deputy constable is facing assault charges for attacking nurses at the hospital? It's crazy! I mean, I'm all for holding people accountable for their actions, but come on, this guy was just having some kind of meltdown and took it out on these poor nurses who were just trying to do their jobs.

And can we talk about how red flag is that he had a history of violence against medical staff? Like, what's going on here? Did no one notice anything? It's just so frustrating because now these nurses are left dealing with the emotional trauma and stress of being attacked by someone who's supposed to be helping them.

And let's not forget about the printer thing πŸ€”, like, what even is that? Who uses a printer to attack someone? This guy needs to get some help ASAP. And yeah, his fitness to serve as a law enforcement officer is definitely in question now. I'm all for second chances, but this guy needs to do some serious damage control before he's back on the job. 🚨

πŸš¨πŸ’” I'm so worried about those nurses who had to deal with Sgt. Robert Earl Nobles Junior's crazy behaviour on New Year's Day 🀯. I mean, can you even imagine being in a situation where someone like that is yelling at you and then attacks you? 😱 It's just horrific πŸ’‰. And the fact that he was a law enforcement officer who was supposed to be protecting people, not putting them in harm's way, is just crazy πŸ™„. I don't think it's right that he gets to just face felony charges and be hospitalized instead of being arrested on the spot πŸš”. It feels like there are more questions than answers here... πŸ€”

I'm like totally shocked by this news πŸ€―πŸš‘ I mean, how can someone who's supposed to be helping people become so violent towards medical staff? It's just not right πŸ˜”. And it's not like this is the first time he's been in trouble - hospital surveillance video shows him attacking three nurses! That's insane πŸ’₯. The fact that he was a law enforcement officer and was able to get away with being around patients for so long is just mind-blowing 🀯. It's a huge red flag about his fitness to serve, you know? And what really gets me is that innocent lives were put at risk because of him πŸ˜•. I hope he faces the consequences and doesn't get out on bail anytime soon 🚫. This case needs to be looked into thoroughly so that something like this can never happen again πŸ’―
