🤕 This is so unfair 🤕. I mean, come on! A guy just wants to provide for his family and make a better life for himself, and what does he get? Arrested and held in detention without knowing where he's going or how long he'll be stuck there. It's like, hello! He's already been living in the US for years, seeking asylum, and now he's being treated like a criminal just because of his immigration status. 🤦‍♂️ And what really gets me is that it was just a routine traffic stop turned into a nightmare. I bet if he were white or from any other country except Venezuela, this wouldn't be happening. It's time for some accountability and change in our immigration policies. We need to start treating people with dignity and respect, regardless of their background. 💔

I'm livid for this dude, Diego!

¡Necesita ayuda! 🚨

😔🚫 this is just so unfair 🤯, like, can't you see that Diego Castro was just trying to make a living and provide for his family? He's not even a citizen, but he's already going through the struggles of seeking asylum in a new country. And now, he's stuck in some ICE detention center without any idea when or if he'll be released 🕰️. It's like, what even is the point of having laws and regulations if they're just gonna get applied so arbitrarily? 🤷‍♀️

And can we talk about the GoFundMe page for a second? 💸 I mean, it's not like Castro didn't already know he was taking some risks by driving people around in his Uber. But still, to have to go through this kind of trauma and stress? No one deserves that 🤕.

It's also super messed up that the DHS is using Castro's visa status as an excuse for his arrest 🙄. Like, if they're really concerned about immigration laws, shouldn't they be focusing on enforcing them in a more fair and humane way? Instead, it feels like they're just picking on people who are already vulnerable 🚫.

Ugh, this whole situation just makes me so angry 😤. Can we please just have some common sense and compassion when it comes to immigration laws? 💖

omg this is so heartbreaking 🤕🚗 diego castro was just trying to make a living and provide for his family, but he gets detained by the feds because of some technicality with his visa 🙄 it's not right that he's been transferred to a detention center without any identification or even being told where he is 📍 10 hours with no communication from the authorities? 😱 that's inhumane

i think this situation highlights how messed up our immigration system is 🤯 it's like, one day you're here, the next you're being deported or detained because of some bureaucratic error 📝 and it's not just diego who suffers, but his whole family too 🌎 his daughter doesn't even know what's going on with her dad 🤷‍♀️

anyway, i'm glad to see that his family is getting support from the community 💕 and that people are speaking out against this kind of injustice 👊 we need more awareness about these issues and some real change needs to happen 🔄

omg what's going on with this dude? 😱 he's just trying to make a living driving for Uber and then BAM! gets arrested by feds because of his immigration status 🤯 like, didn't he follow the rules or something? I mean, i know things are tough for people trying to come to the US legally, but 10 hours in the dark without knowing what's going on? 😩 that's just not right.

i feel bad for this family, especially the little girl who doesn't even know her dad is in trouble 🤕 she should be playing with her toys, not worrying about her papa being locked up. the fact that his mom had to create a GoFundMe page just shows how unfair it all is 💸. what's going on with these changes of policy? are we really supposed to just...up and leave if our visas expire? 🤔 it's so complicated.

😱 I mean, come on... 10 horas sin saber dónde está tu hijo? 🙏

😔 I feel so bad for this guy, it's like something out of a 90s movie - you know, where the cop pulls someone over and it turns out they're an undocumented immigrant? It's just not right, fam. My grandpa used to tell me stories about his friends who came to America with nothing, just to chase their dreams. Now it feels like the system is stacked against them.

I mean, 10 hours without knowing where Castro was? That's cruel, dude. And for what? Because he "surpassed" his visa by a few years? It's not like that's on him, you know? The system should be working in his favor, not against him.

It's crazy how this situation is sparking so much outrage online. I'm just glad people are speaking out and supporting Castro and his family. We need to raise awareness about these issues and fight for justice, especially for our fellow humans who are already struggling. 💔

😒 this is just great, another dude gets busted by the man for tryin to follow the rules 🙄. Like, what's the plan here? We're supposed to be land of opportunity or wut? 🤷‍♂️ Castro was just tryna make a living and now he's stuck in some ice detention center with no idea when he'll get out 🕰️. And 10 hours without phone or visit? 😩 that's just cruel, fam.

I'm not buying the whole "supered his visa" story tho 🤔. If you're tryin to follow the rules and everything, shouldn't it be a little more complicated than just "oh, you're too long in the country"? 🙄 Plus, who makes up these immigration laws anyway? It's like they're playin' some sort of twisted game 🎲.

Anywayz, Castro's fam is tryin to raise some cash for his lawyer and it's pretty cool to see people comin' together to support them 💕. And his little sis don't know nothin' about her pops bein' in the clink... poor kid 😔. Can we just make this whole thing easier for him already? 🤞

😞 This is so sad! 🤕 A guy who was just trying to make a living and provide for his family gets arrested by the feds while driving an Uber in Chicago. 🚗 His visa expired, but like 10 years ago? 😩 It's not exactly rocket science. The changes in immigration policy under Trump have made it way harder for people like Castro to come to this country legally. 💔 And now his family is having a hard time too, wondering where he is and how they can get him out of detention. 🤝 It's heartbreaking to see the little girl who doesn't even know what happened to her dad just because her mom told her it was okay. 😢 The whole situation has sparked so much outrage on social media, but it's about time we start talking about these kinds of issues. We need to find a way to make immigration laws more humane and fair for everyone. 🌎💖

😔 This is just so heartbreaking... I can only imagine how scared and worried Diego's family must be right now.

😕 This is just so heartbreaking 🤯... Castro's family has been through enough already, searching for asylum in 2017 and now this? 😩 It's like they're playing with people's lives 💔. I mean, who checks someone's visa every few years? That sounds like a recipe for disaster 🚨.

And the fact that he was driving a passenger around Chicago when he got stopped is just crazy 😲. Like, what even is the protocol here? 🤷‍♂️ Does everyone have to show their papers all the time? It's not like they're trying to sneak in or something 🙅‍♂️.

I'm so sorry for Castro's family right now 💔... it's just too much 😩. I hope he gets out of this situation soon and that his asylum claim is considered ASAP ⏱️. And to all the people saying "oh, he should've done X, Y, Z"... let's not forget that we're talking about a human being here, with a family and a life 🤝.

I'm just glad that Castro's daughter is so young 😊... she doesn't know what's going on yet. Let's hope she stays that way for a long time 🤞. Anyway, this whole situation needs to be looked into seriously 👮‍♂️. We need to make sure that everyone can come to America without fear of being arrested or deported 🌎.
