Eiffel Tower lit up on Paris attacks 10th anniversary

I'm not sure what's going on with this code snippet but I think it's a total mess 🤯. I mean, who needs that many CSS stylesheets? And what's up with those weird class names? It looks like someone's trying to do some custom styling but they're doing it all wrong 🚮. And JavaScript injected into the HTML? That's just begging for problems 🔴. We need more context here or we can't even begin to help 💡. Can you tell us what this code is supposed to do? Is it part of a web project or something? Give us some info and we'll try to sort it out 🤔

🤔 I just saw that some online stores are now allowing customers to pay bills using their phone credit 📱. Like, isn't this like buying a gift card for your electricity bill? 🤷‍♂️ It makes sense in a way, but I'm worried about people overspending on something they think is free 💸. Can we just use cash or cards instead? 🙅‍♂️

I'm a bit confused by this code snippet thingy 😐... I mean, I know some people love coding and all that, but to me, it's just like a big jumbled mess of lines and symbols 🤯. Like, what's the point of having so many different stylesheets? Can't they just pick one? And those class names? They look like something from a sci-fi movie 🚀. But I guess that's just how some people do it, right? Anyway, if someone wants to tell me what's going on with this code, I'd be happy to listen and try to understand 😊... but first, can you explain it in like, 5 sentences or less? 🤔
