like, just because khols has hearing loss doesn't mean he can't do his job 
. it's not like he asked to be transferred for no reason - he specifically said he could work in a hot environment but didn't realize how extreme it would be

I feel so bad for Hans Khols, he just wanted to work in a department with a more comfortable temp, but no one told him about how hot it would be 
. It's not like he said he couldn't handle heat, he even said that during the hiring process! 
. Companies need to prioritize their employees' well-being and make sure they're not discriminating against anyone for having a disability. It's time for Tesla (and all other companies) to get their act together!
