Deaf Tesla Employee Fired After Complaining Factory's Heat Disabled Hearing Aids, Lawsuit Claims

I'm tellin' you, if Tesla's gotta shell out some cash 'cause they didn't accommodate their deaf dude right, then so be it 🤑. I mean, come on, they got a bunch of internships available and they can't even make sure Hans has decent hearing? That's not exactly rocket science, is it? 😒

And what really gets me is that Musk's trying to spin this as a "performance issue" thing... please 🙄. I bet if the dude was white or had some other "favorable" condition, he'd still be on the job right now. This whole thing just reeks of systemic BS 💔.

On the bright side, it is kinda cool that someone's finally speaking up about this stuff. We need more folks holding corporations accountable for their actions 🤝. So, yeah, Tesla better get ready to cough up some cash... or face the music 😅.

omg i think tesla's handling of this situation is super unfair!!! 🤦‍♂️ like, just because khols has hearing loss doesn't mean he can't do his job 💪. it's not like he asked to be transferred for no reason - he specifically said he could work in a hot environment but didn't realize how extreme it would be 🙈.

i also think its kinda rich that musk is trying to claim khols was terminated due to performance issues when there's no evidence to back it up 🤔. like, what if tesla was just trying to avoid providing reasonable accommodations? 🤷‍♂️

anyway i hope khols wins his lawsuit and sets a precedent for companies to prioritize disability accommodations 🙌. it's not fair that people with disabilities have to deal with this kind of stuff all the time 😩.

🤕 I feel so bad for Hans Khols, he just wanted to work in a department with a more comfortable temp, but no one told him about how hot it would be 🌡️. It's not like he said he couldn't handle heat, he even said that during the hiring process! 😅 What if his hearing aids didn't malfunction due to the heat, but because of something else? And what's with the "performance issues" excuse from Musk? I'm sure it's just a cover-up 🙅‍♂️. Companies need to prioritize their employees' well-being and make sure they're not discriminating against anyone for having a disability. It's time for Tesla (and all other companies) to get their act together! 💪
