come on guys, don't be so hard on calvin williams he's still got time to figure out this odunze situation lol, like 1 interception in a whole season isnt the end of the world but seriously, can we talk about how overrated odunze is already? imo he's getting too many targets and its starting to look like willis is just checking off the same plays every game
Ugh, I'm gettin' old . Remember when QBs used to spread the love? Now it's all about findin' that one go-to guy and stickin' with 'em. I think Rome Odunze is a great receiver, no doubt, but Caleb Williams needs to work on his decision-makin' skills. It's like he's stuck in a rhythm and can't get outta it . And don't even get me started on the defense - they're all over Odunze when Nate Wiggins is right there too. I mean, what's the point of havin' multiple receivers if you're just gonna dump all the love on one guy? The Bears need to find a balance and let Williams develop his skills more. We'll see how he does against the Bengals
I'm getting so sick of reading about QBs relying too much on one receiver... it's just basic football . I mean, Rome Odunze is a solid receiver and all, but come on, Caleb Williams can do better than that! It's like the Bears' coaching staff is giving up. And don't even get me started on how often Odunze gets targeted - 25.5% of the time? That's crazy . I need to see some balance in this offense or it's just going to be more losses like that one against Baltimore . The rookie receiver might have some great things to say, but at the end of the day, it's about winning and not relying on one guy too much... got it?
idk man, like, I get why odunze is getting so many targets but it's also making the rest of the team redundant lol . i mean williams is a great qb and all but if he can't read defenses then we're in trouble, you feel? and yeah, ben johnson should totes address this imbalance ASAP
I think Caleb Williams needs to find ways to get Nate Wiggins more involved . Rome Odunze is a great receiver, but if he's always the go-to guy, defenses can shut him down. Think of it like a puzzle - Williams needs to find those other pieces and spread the ball around. I've made a little diagram to illustrate this
If Williams can find ways to get the ball to other receivers, it'll make defenses think twice about double-coverage . And with D'Andre Swift out, this is the perfect opportunity for him to prove himself .
idk about this odunze kid, feels like wills is relying way too much on him ... game against ravens was sketchy, he's got some good reads on his plate but seems to be checking down to odunze all the time. don't get me wrong, odunze is talented, but 25.5% target share? that's crazy high. wills needs to find other options ASAP or they'll be stuck in neutral for the rest of the season...
