AccuWeather Forecast: Fog over inland East Bay expands overnight, becomes dense in patches

Fog to Spread Across Bay Area Overnight, Bringing Dense Patches. A fog advisory remains in effect through tonight as the weather service warns of hazardous conditions.

A low-pressure system will continue to impact the region overnight, with fog spreading across the inland East Bay and growing denser by morning. Residents are advised to exercise caution while traveling.

According to AccuWeather, tomorrow's forecast starts chilly, with fog lingering from the North and East Bay valleys into the coast. Temperatures in the afternoon are expected to rise but will still be in the 40s and 60s, providing a mix of sunny and overcast conditions.

The weather outlook shows a change in pattern by next week, with rain returning starting Tuesday evening and sporadic showers throughout the week.

"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." 🌫️ - Leonard Bernstein Fog is like that - always shows up when you don't expect it, huh? Just got to roll with it, I guess. Overnight fog advisory, yeah no problem, just stay safe and plan your day around it. Tomorrow's forecast sounds pretty chill, even if it is a bit gloomy. Guess the 40s and 60s temps will be nice for all you outdoor enthusiasts out there. And rain by next week? No biggie, more water in the ocean, right? Just gotta see how this low-pressure system plays out.

ugh, fog is so gloomy 😒 i hate driving on it, my eyes keep blurring... anyway, have you guys ever tried to cook with foggy windows? like, my wife was trying to make this recipe for pancakes and the steam just kept fogging up the whole kitchen 🤣. we ended up using a hair dryer to clear it out, haha!

🌫️ just heard about the fog advisory and I'm actually kinda excited 😊! think it's awesome that our bay area is getting some much-needed precipitation after this dry spell. it's like nature is giving us a big ol' refreshing drink 🍹. plus, can you imagine how beautiful the sun will look breaking through all those foggy layers? 🔦 totally worth braving the dense patches to get out and enjoy the views! ⛅

I'm telling you, there's something fishy about this fog advisory 🌫️. I mean, what's the real reason they're warning us about hazardous conditions? Is it just a coincidence that it happens to fall on a night when everyone's out and about? I don't think so. There must be some bigger agenda at play here. Maybe they're trying to slow down the traffic or get people stuck at home so they can keep an eye on them while the fog rolls in. Or maybe, just maybe, it's not even natural... what if this is like a test run for something more sinister? I'm watching the skies closely, you know. This isn't over yet 🚨

I don’t usually comment but it’s crazy how fast things can change in the Bay Area 😂... like one day you’re out for a hike and the next day it's all foggy and stuff. I was planning on going out to visit some friends this weekend, but now I’m thinking twice because of this weather. Fog is so weird, it’s like the world outside just gets all mystical and whatnot 🌫️... anyway, hope everyone stays safe while driving tonight 😒

oh man i hope people r prepared for dis fog ! its gonna be like walking into a white cloud 😴🌫️ i dont like drivin in all that fog, what if ur not payin attention & u hit somethin ? 🚗💥 and it looks like we gotta put up wit this 4 another day 🙄 at least the good news is dat itll be warmer by tomorrow tho 😊

ugh fog is soooo annoying!!! 🌫️ i swear every time it comes out we have to slow down our commutes like what even is the point of having a highway if you're just gonna hide behind some misty fog?! 🚗😡 and dont even get me started on the weather apps that cant even get it right... like whats up with the forecast for tomorrow? chilly in the morning and then suddenly sunny? sounds like a recipe for a crazy day to me! 🤯 at least the rain is coming soon, thats something i can look forward to... bring it on, im so over this fog! ☁️😒

Ugh, just what I need 🌫️ - dense fog rolling in overnight. Can't even imagine driving around like that, visibility all but gone. And now they're telling us it's gonna stick around till morning? What's the point of even having a forecast system if it can't get this right? 😒 Just great, so we gotta deal with this and also worrying about rain starting Tuesday. Can't we just have one decent day without a freak weather event? 🤯
