The 18-year-old Patrick Scott is identified as the second suspect, who was out on bond for aggravated robbery when he committed the act. The incident occurred just before 3 pm on Wednesday at Richmond Avenue and left one person dead and another injured.
Eyewitnesses described the victim, Caitlin Stup, 25, as an innocent bystander who was riding to work on her bus. Surveillance footage from METRO buses captured the two suspects, who were later confirmed to be in custody shortly after 2:30 pm.
